We offer a range of double, twin and single rooms at affordable rates, with prices starting at £40. We also offer discounts for multi-night midweek and week-long bookings. All rooms are simply furnished with private sink and shared bath and showers. Bedding is made from recycled plastic and all bedlinen is organic cotton. Guests are welcome to enjoy our common areas, including walled garden, private chapel, library, and dining and sitting rooms. A simple continental breakfast is included with all bookings, served downstairs between 8-10am.

Please note: as a place of quiet and retreat we do not accept wedding or party groups, and we ask all guests to respect our quiet period between 10pm and 8am each day.

Our economy rooms overlook Rouen Rd. Each has a sink and space for work or study as well as comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Available as single, double or twin they are perfect for anyone on a budget looking for an ideal location from which to explore Julian or the fine city of Norwich.
Julian Rooms
These premium rooms have lovely garden views, overlooking the church, terrace and Lady Julian's Cell with glimpses of the cathedral spire. Perfect for quieter retreats or reflective stays, they offer a sense of tranquility and respite, overlooking our very own secret garden. Singles and doubles available.
